Welcome to IDITA 925, an online store for high-quality handmade silver products! We make every effort to ensure that you feel confident in your purchase and are satisfied with our unique items.

Items purchased on the website may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below and applicable consumer protection regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product has not been used and is undamaged

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • All labels, stickers, and identifying marks remain attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products that have been engraved or specially sized

  • Jewelry made according to a personal design request

  • Items that come into direct contact with the body for hygiene reasons

  • Used items or items with opened or damaged packaging

  • International orders returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

How to Request a Return

The customer covers return and exchange shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected, excluding shipping fees.

  • Sale or discounted items will be refunded according to the amount actually paid

  • Refunds will be processed within up to 30 business days from approval

  • A transaction cancellation fee may apply as permitted by law


Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for another item or store credit, subject to approval.

  • Custom-made or engraved items are not eligible for exchange

  • The first approved exchange is free (excluding shipping fees)

  • Additional exchanges may incur a fee

  • Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed


Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

After approval, the item will be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method.


Special Consumer Rights

Customers who qualify as senior citizens, new immigrants, or persons with disabilities may cancel a transaction within 4 months, subject to providing relevant documentation, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
