Processing & Production Time

Most of our products are handcrafted and made to order.
Please allow 30–45 business days for production before shipment.

Items that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the piece and order volume.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS, using the fastest service available.

  • All shipments are fully insured

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched

  • A signature may be required upon delivery

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.
Please note that international delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to customs clearance procedures and other formalities beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Important Information for USA Customers

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to GST, Duty, and any other fees levied by the country, province, or carrier. Unless specifically exempted, the customer will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.

IDITA 925 is not responsible for any customs charges, tariffs, or fees demanded by U.S. or international authorities and bears no liability for such payments.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an international shipment is returned due to:

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

  • An incorrect address was provided by the customer

  • Failure to complete the required customs documentation

The customer will be charged all shipping, return shipping, and handling costs, and any applicable cancellation fees.


Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • the outer packaging

  • the product

  • the shipping label
